New installations and hood replacements
We install new hoods in new commercial kitchens generally, such as new restaurants, corporate office cafeterias and kitchens, hotels, catering halls, and similar commercial food-service spaces, including spaces with no existing hood. We also replace existing hoods, including galvanized and water-wash hoods, hoods that no longer fit the cooking equipment, and hoods with unsuitable materials. We install restaurant hoods over fryers, ranges, griddles, and the rest of the cooking line, including stainless steel and NFPA 96 installations.
Custom fabrication and customer-supplied hoods
We can fabricate a stainless steel hood for your kitchen or install a hood you already own. For a customer-supplied hood, send its make, model, dimensions, and photos so we can review suitability and installation requirements.
