We inspect, service, and install fire suppression systems and extinguishers on existing food trucks and trailers, and we install new kitchen hoods on those existing trucks and trailers. We serve all of New Jersey and six Eastern Pennsylvania counties (Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Northampton, and Lehigh), excluding Philadelphia. What a visit covers
We come to the truck, so you do not bring it to a shop. We check the suppression system over the cooking line and the extinguishers stored in the truck. If a suppression system or an extinguisher fails, we repair or replace it. If the truck needs a system, a new hood, or an extinguisher installed, we install it there.
The cooking line and Class K
The suppression system protects the cooking line: the fryer, the griddle, and the range. It is not a system for the cab or the generator bay. Portable extinguishers cover those spots.
Class K extinguishers are made for cooking oil and grease. We inspect the ones already mounted, recharge or replace them when they are due, and install a Class K if the truck cooks with oil and does not have one.
